Deliveries and returns

Delivery

Our shipping time is 48 hours maximum. We work with the La Poste group to deliver your packages, in France and internationally.

The delivery time depends on your shipping country but please note that it is estimated at 3 to 5 days in mainland France. Once your order has been shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you.

Exchanges and returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date we receive your order.

Returned items must be in their original condition and must not have been worn or tried on for a long time (such as jewelry) and on unperfumed skin.

If your order was damaged during delivery, simply contact our customer service with a photo of the damaged order upon receipt of your package as well as your order number within 5 days of receipt of the package.

After this deadline, no request can be taken into consideration.

All requests for exchanges, returns and refunds are made only by email. To do this, simply contact us: hello@haniboutique.fr. We will contact you to inform you of the procedures to follow.

For obvious hygiene reasons, earrings are neither returned nor exchanged.

PLEASE NOTE : Any return must be made with a valid tracking number. No other shipping method will be eligible for a refund.

Returns are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
