is your jewelry water resistant?

Yes ! We only use materials that are resistant to water and wear and tear over time: stainless steel, silver, gold plated. All our jewelry is designed to accompany you on a daily basis and over time.
What are your delivery times?

We work with the LaPoste group to deliver your orders in 3 to 5 working days (valid in mainland France).
Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, it is possible to modify the shipping address as long as you have not received the shipping email (with the package tracking number). To do this, simply send us an email: hello@haniboutique.fr with your first and last name and the order number.
Can I return an item?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order (tracking by La Poste as proof) to return the item(s) that do not suit you.

For obvious hygiene measures, earrings are neither returned nor exchanged.
